Activation of anabolic processes require the creation of a specific redox state in the formation of which perform an important function in amino acids. At the same time an adequate supply of sulfur amino acids allows the cell to optimize the oxidative status determined, mainly the level of reduced glutathione. The purpose of this study was to analyze the levels of sulfur amino acids in plasma and lymphocytes localized in the blood, liver, spleen and thymus of rats after a single injection of the immunomodulator «tritarg». Experiments were performed on 18 white rats - female, «tritarg» injected once intragastrically at a dose of 350 mg / kg for 3 hours and 24 hours. In lymphocytes isolated from blood and tissue concentrations were determined by HPLC methionine, cystathionine, and taurine. Changes that occur after a single injection of the complexes, observed in peripheral blood lymphocytes, liver, spleen and thymus may indicate an activation of these metabolic processes, which confirms its immunomodulatory effect.
