Khnykov A.M., Semeyko G.V., Semenov V.M., Samoylovich E.O.

The aim of research was to receive isolates of adenoviruses with the subsequent analysis of polymorphism of lengths restriction fragments, preliminary amplificated by PCR (the PCR-RFLP- analysis). Adenoviruses allocated in culture of Íåð-2 cell lines with from swabs, stool of patients. Have allocated 13 adenovirus isolates, the PCR-RFLP- analysis has confirmed circulation of adenoviruses with genotype B1, B2, A, F in territory of Vitebsk region.

Keywords

Isolate, monolayer, polymerase-chain reaction, restriction fragment length polymorphism, cells line Hep-2C, L-20B.
