The tuberculin antibody levels in persons with various forms pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy donors were analyzed with the help of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The specific tuberculin IgE-antibodies presence in diagnostic concentration was found as significant criteria of active tuberculosis diagnosis confirmation. Specific tuberculin IgA and IgM antibodies in healthy donors were significantly higher than in persons with tuberculosis, and probably indicate the presence of non-sterile humoral protective immunity against tuberculosis infection.
