The survey examines the problems related to the safe and effective use of bacteriophages as food additives, that is, agents to decontaminate the food products (during all manufacturing stages), animals, plants and probiotic dietary supplement which are the additional source of bactriophages for the human organism which presence in the normoflora allows to reduce risks of such highly contagious foodborne infections in humans as escherichiosis, salmonellosis, dysentery, etc. |
