A definition of markers reflecting the changes of humoral immunity in patient with dorsalgia was performed compared with those in healthy people. The objects of investigation chosen were natural antibodies to beta-endorphin, orphanin, serotonin, dopamine and angiotensin. In the paper the levels of n-Ab to these bioregulators in the serum of healthy individuals and patients suffering dorsalgia were analysed. Significant differences for all n-Ab were revealed. The relationship beetween the level of n-Ab and age of the patients was investigated. The diagnostic significance of the determination of n-Ab to beta-endorphin, orphanin, serotonin, dopamine and angiotensin allows to apply the analysis data for patients with pain, regardless the age.
