In a review of the literature and the results of our studies antibiotic resistance and antibiotic sensitivity are presented as essential properties of microorganisms that characterize their biological potential. By registering in the microbial cell availability of appropriate genetic structures, the establishment of the latter suppression or expression in the dynamics of the epidemic process the verification of causative agent can be significantly optimized, the accuracy of prediction the outcome of the infection process can be improved.

Keywords
