Primary-secondary immunodeficiency is the basis of the pathogenesis of chronic-obstructive pulmonary disease

In this article has been formulated understanding of COPD as a clinical syndrome, the basis of which is the dysfunction of the immune system occurring as a result of primary-secondary immunodeficiency with primary genetic basis, implemented under the influence of different toxicants on the airway.
