A modern view of the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of norwegian scabies

Described are the current views on the Norwegian scabies, predisposing factors, particularly immunological changes in this category of patients. Described 3 cases of clinical observation of common Norwegian scabies with lesions of the scalp, face, trunk, upper and lower extremities in patients suffering from Down syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia and multiple concomitant diseases of internal organs in the form of lesions of the cardiovascular system, chronic iron deficiency anemia, diffuse-nodular changes of the thyroid gland, chronic cystobiliary and disorders of glucose tolerance. Received a good effect from the causal, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy, in combination with restorative treatment.
