Conducted monitoring of the Order of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation № 162 "About the approval of the industry standard "Treatment Protocol. Scabies."" in 6 federal districts of Russia. The research involved 319 dermatologists from 50 cities. Revealed disadvantages in the registration, laboratory diagnosis and treatment of scabies. Shown diagnostic importance of dermoscopy. Given a list of publications, directed on elimination of the revealed disadvantages.
