Starting of the immune response to the introduction of bacterial agents is realized through the activation of innate immunity mechanisms for cells of the myeloid series. The study included 38 patients. We studied the prognostic value of the expression level of TLR2, TLR4, CD14 on monocytes and TLR2, TLR4 on neutrophils in patients with sepsis, depending on the severity of the disease and clinical outcomes, their relationship with the contents of the level of serum cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α, IL- 10. More severe course of sepsis is characterized by reduction of TLR2 on monocytes. Predictors of poor prognosis of sepsis outcomes are the low levels of MFI on TLR2 and TLR4 monocytes on neutrophils. Lower rates of expression of MFI TLR2 and TLR4 on monocytes correspond to high values of the content of IL-10.
