The results of clinical trials have demonstrated the effectiveness of allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT). However, among patients receiving AIT there were groups that demonstrated not only high and medium therapeutic effect, but also in some cases a lack of any effect whatsoever. It is necessary to introduce the objective laboratory markers that determine the rationality of ASIT in some individuals, evaluating the dynamics in the process of monitoring therapy, and prognostic assessment of various forms of allergen-specific immunotherapy.
