Connection to the leukocytes of the blood and the influence of the synthetic peptide on the basophils – a fragment of the active center of high affinity receptor of IgE

A synthetic peptide p137-142FcεRIα, labeled with FITC, identified IgE on leukocytes and basophils by flow cytometry. Confirming the ability of the peptide p137-142FcεRIα to cause desensitization of blood basophils in studies in vitro.
