Methodological aspects determination of the periodontal pocket bacteria’s to form microbic communities and its chemical and biological objects resistance

The article reflects the current problem of diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases. Biofilm-producing bacterial flora localized in periodontal pocket is researched. Methods of visual and quantitative assessment of biofilms are developed. Influences of antiseptic agents, enzymes and oral fluid on a microbial biofilms are studied as well.
