Clinic of food allergy in children and adults

The review presents the clinical data, characteristic for the flow of food allergy (FA) in children and adults. According to modern classification, there are 3 types of FA: IgE-mediated, non – IgE-and mixed forms of the disease. For each type of FA currents typical of immediate and delayed reactions that require differential diagnosis, especially in cases of eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases.
