Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening systemic hypersensitivity reaction. With modern anaphylaxis position is considered as a syndrome with different pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and severity. The article discusses the epidemiology, classification, etiology, clinical criteria for diagnosis, pathogenesis, risk factors, complications and treatment of anaphylaxis. |
