The role of the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 in the development of autoimmunity in psoriasis

We present an analysis of literature concerning the role of the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 in the initiation and inhibition of psoriatic inflammation. Potential ways of therapeutic application of LL-37 are considered.
