A modern view of the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of pemphigus vulgaris

The article describes modern views on predisposing factors, characteristics of the immunological changes and link with the histocompatibility antigens HLA, the role of circulating autoantibodies in the pathogenesis of the disease in patients with pemphigus vulgaris. Described 2 cases of clinical observations and vulgar pemphigus, foliaceous pemphigus, accompanied by concomitant pathology of internal organs in the form of cardiovascular system pathology, chronic iron deficiency anemia, diffuse and knotty changes of the thyroid gland. The good effect of etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy in accordance with the standards of specialized medical care in moderate-to-severe pemphigus. |
