Humoral factors of immunity in oral cavity of chronic parîdontitis pathients with
presence of accompanying somatic illness

In 240 patients with chronic parodontitis (CP) with different heavy degree with accompanying general-somatic illness ore without its (control) in oral fluid the concentration of some humoral factors of immunity was invesnigate. Determined, that the level of maintenanse in oral cavity immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, secretory immunoglobulins s-IgA, as well as activity of extracellular peroxydase and сytokine tumor necrosis factor - a CP - patients with accompanying rhino-laryngeal inflammations (chronic tonsillitis, rhinitis) was higher, than in control group. The concentration of albumin in oral fluid of CP -pathients with accompanying cardia-vascular system illness (hypertensive disease, ischemic disease of hearte) elevate in more degree, than in its absence.
