Differential diagnosis of blistering dermatoses is a problematic issue. Treatment and prognosis depend on the diagnosis. Differential diagnosis of the clinical and histologic picture of pemphigus erythematous is analyzed in the article. Necessary immunological methods are recommended for the diagnosis of the disease. The possibility of their use during the remission of the pathological process is considered.
