A modern view of the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of dermatosis herpetiformis Duhring

The article describes modern views on predisposing factors, peculiarities of the histological and immunogenetic changes, the role of t- and e-transglutaminases, streptomilysin-1, E-selectin in the pathogenesid of Herpetiform dermatoses Duhring. Diagnostic criteria, differential diagnostics with other diseases and methods of modern treatment of this disease are presented. Evidence base for the lack of correlation between herpetiform dermatosis and eosinophilia in peripheral blood and in the contents of blisters. Diagnostic criteria, differential diagnostics and modern methods of treatment of this disease were discussed.
