The impact of influenza on the immune system largely determines the nature, course and outcome of infection, but the immune response is not possible on infectious aggression, if the cell is not capable of proliferation, synthesis of cytokines, immunoglobulins. The present research is dedicated to conducting research on the activity of enzymes that control the reactions of different ways of intracellular metabolism – citric acid cycle, pentozofosfatnogo cycle, glycolysis, which is necessary for a more complete explanation for the pathogenesis of influenza to ensure science-based regimens, forecasting results and monitor the effectiveness of treatment.

Keywords

Flu patients, immune status, lymphocytes, activity of intracellular enzymes.
