Recommendations for diagnosis and anti-relapse treatment of bronchial asthma in preschool children

The article outlines modern approaches to the diagnosis and stepwise therapy of bronchial asthma in children, discusses the difficulties of establishing a diagnosis of bronchial asthma in children under 5 years of age. A review of updated international recommendations for the management and prevention of bronchial asthma (Global Strategy for Asthma Management and Prevention). The main drugs for anti-relapse treatment of bronchial asthma in children, the features of their dosage, age restrictions are given. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of non-pharmacological treatment of bronchial asthma.
