B-lymphocytes are a class of lymphocytes that play a major role in providing a humoral immune response. At all stages of the development of B-lymphocytes, morphological changes are preceded by metabolic reprogramming, aimed at modifying the substrate-energy supply. Ascertaining of the mechanisms and metabolic changes direction and flows enzyme activity, allows to identify the main target and to conduct correction of immunological status. It is obvious that amino acids, due to their pluripotent properties, are optimal candidates for this kind of screening. |
