Baranova N.I., Ashina L.A., Orlova E.A.

The aim of this study was to assess role of cytokines and T" cells in the development of chronic autoimmune urticaria. We have examined 30 patients with chronic autoimmune urticaria and 15 control group. Our results indicate that the patients with chronic autoimmune urticaria has specific change in parameters of T –lymphocyte ( mainly CD4), had higher levels IL"10, IL"17, IFN" and lower IL"4, IL"18, that disbalance of cytokines profile connected with Th1. We propose that such changes play a regulatory role in the development of chronic autoimmune urticaria.
