Peculiarities of management of renal transplant recipients with COVID-19: a clinical case report

There are limited data on the course of COVID-19 in kidney transplant recipients. A number of scientists suggest the need to cancel immunosuppressive therapy for COVID-19. We report a favorable outcome in a case of a kidney transplant patient who had COVID-19 complicated by bilateral polysegmental pneumonia and continued to receive immunosuppressive treatment according to the scheme prescribed beforehand.
