Role of cytokines in immunological function of the skin

The research on cytokine regulation in the skin are presented in this article. The structure and biological effects of the main cytokines , connected with the skin are described: interleukins (from IL-1 up to IL-33), interferons (α, β, γ, λ), chemokines (α, β, γ, δ), colony stimulating factors, growth factors and tumor necrosis factors.
