The article presents the results of evaluating the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the serum of patients with moderate-to- severe psoriasis.
It is established that increasing levels of IL6 in the peripheral blood, defined by the enzyme immunoassay, can serve as additional diagnostic test for justification of immunosuppressive therapy as infliximab and adalimumab.
