Molecular genetic typing of Salmonella enterica Enteritidis strains by marker SNP

The study examined 2868 genomes of Salmonella enterica Enteritidis strains isolated in 2007-2024 from clinical material, food and the environment. A SNP analysis was performed with the construction of a phylogenetic tree of the studied strains, identifying marker mutations for each individual genetic line.
