The immune status of children with relapsing diseases of the otorhinolaringological organs

The estimation of the immune status at 24 children in the age of 2-6 years from group with relapsing diseases of the otorhinolaringological organs, including immunophenotype of leukocytes (on receptors ÑD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD56, CD11a, CD14, CD18, CD19, CD22, CD25, CD28, CD40, CD45, CD71, CD95, CD154, HLA-DR, LPS) were investigeted. As a result of research it is revealed, that relapsing diseases of the otorhinolaringological organs children are accompanied by changes of relative quantity CD3+CD8+CD28+, LPS+CD19+ -subpopulations of lymphocytes and neutrophils with CD11a and CD18 receptors.
