Results. Key  specifications of influenza – associated pneumonia were determined in various categories of patients.
Conclusion.  In influenza - associated pneumonias we have discovered significant  violations of hemodyna-mics, microcirculation, renal function and blood coagulation system. We have also established, that bacteria strain play no significant role in clinical features of influenza – associated pneumonias.
