New aspects in diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune urticaria

Diagnosis of autoimmune chronic urticaria is important in instituting pathogenetic treatment of the disease. Typically, urticaria has more severe clinical course and bad response to treatment in the patients with autoimmune disease process. Therefore, there is active searching for the effective and pathogenetically-founded treatment of autoimmune chronic urticaria. The objective of this study was to evaluate of efficacy of human intravenous immunoglobulin «Gabriglobin» in multimodal therapy of patients with chronic autoimmune urticaria. Results obtained allow to recommend “Gabriglobin” to the algorithm of care of patients with chronic autoimmune urticaria.
